Lost Actor Sued For Sexual Harassment

Actor Henry Ian Cusick is being sued for sexual harassment by a former ABC employee.

The lawsuit alleges that Cusick, who plays Desmond Hume on ABC’s Lost , fondled the plaintiff’s breasts, kissed her, and rubbed her back while moaning. According to the lawsuit, all of these acts occurred on set. The plaintiff reported the acts, but was terminated from her employment shortly thereafter.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
